Starting in the 2023-2024 school year, a new resource will be available to parents and students to impartially ensure that their rights are respected with regard to the services provided to them by Quebec’s public and private educational institutions. This resource is called the National Student Ombudsman, an autonomous institution external to the school network.
So, if you are dissatisfied with a service offered by École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal, we invite you to follow these procedures: File a complaint if you are dissatisfied with a school service.
